City KREW is set in the Octopolis, a medium-sized, bustling city on the west coast. The KREW use their unique strengths and work together to help out their fellow Octopolians.

Winny's passion for vehicles knows no bounds. She's perfectly comfortable on four wheels or two and is not a stranger sea or air travel either. |

| Mayor Bubelub has been in office for as long as anyone can remember. He looks out for the citizens of Octopolis, but also works hard to ensure that businesses thrive. |
Glinda is a seasoned reporter for the Octopolis Media Group (OMG). She hosts the OMG News at 8 and is also an adept street reporter and hard-hitting interviewer. |
Ludwig relocated to Octopolis from New York when he saw the market for street vendors was saturated. His barbecue chicken stand became an instant success for all who visit Octopolis Park. |
Dr. Petickel is originally from Romania and is the Lead Research Scientist at the Octopolis Research Group (ORG). |
